How It Works – RaceTeamRadio™

There are three key parts of Your RaceTeamRadio™:

A] – RaceTeamRadio™ Private Message Center:
B] – Weekly Team Interview
C] – Publishing of Your Team audio information

A] Your Team’s own Private RaceTeamRadio™ Message Center:

As a member of RaceTeamRadio™ your team will have your own private RaceTeamRadio™ Message Center:

During Race Events, your Team’s Message Center will be accessed using a private, dedicated telephone number.

During the Race Event: Place up to 3 calls – to your Team’s Message Center:

A Suggested use example for a Road Racing Team: Times/When to call:

  • 1) After the first practice – Before Qualifying
  • 2) After Qualifying – Before the Race Start
  • 3) Immediately after the Checkered Flag Falls

These are suggestions – it is your Message Center – and Your Team – Do what fits for Your Team.

There is no restriction as to who may call in for your team. Have your driver call in, or crew chief or maybe your sponsor wishes to call in ?
– or maybe your mom or dad ?

It is entirely your choice. This is your Team’s Voice to the World

Don’t worry about background noise at the track either – remember we are working to bring your audience closer to the event.

B] Weekly Team Interview:

Each week a professionally done interview ( approx 10 minutes) focusing exclusively on your team will be recorded.

RaceTeamRadio™ will edit this interview and upon completion of editing:

You will receive this interview in an mp3 file already encoded and ready for playing on your website – for distribution – for emailing – or other promotional purposes.

C] Publishing of Your Team Audio Information:

You will receive your team’s trackside recordings and weekly interviews in a compressed mp3 file already encoded and ready for playing on your website – for distribution – for emailing – embedding in your press releases or other promotional purposes.

RaceTeamRadio™ will also host and archive your team’s trackside recordings and weekly interviews for increased exposure – and for easy pointing of people to an immediate and easy “play” of your Team’s Recordings.
